Kupas dan cuci bersih wortel, lalu potong2&lt;br /&gt;2. Lumuri loyang panggang kaca (glass casserole dish) dengan Olive Oilkemudian letakkan wortel tersebut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anda boleh menambahkan garlic powder, basil dan/atau italian seasonings (dried basil, oregano, rosemary dicampur), atau malahan biar lebih lezat pakai tarragon, ditaburin diatas wortelnya (jika bayi 8 bulan+ dan terbiasa dengan spices). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Garam tidak dapat diproduksi oleh tubuh, jadi sedikit garam memang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh kita.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Namun bayi hanya membutuhkan SEDIKIT garam (kurang dari 1 gr per hari hingga berumur 1 tahun) - dan kebutuhan tersebut sudah dipenuhi dari ASI maupun susu formula.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ginjal bayi belum berfungsi untuk memproses garam yg lebih dari 1 gr tersebut - artinya MENAMBAH garam di makanan bayi bisa mengakibatkan kerusakan ginjal yang serius. Bahkan ada beberapa kasus dimana bayi meninggal akibat mengkonsumsi garam berlebihan. Malahan, vitamin B12 yg terkandung di dalam cheese yang membuat cheese sangat penting, selain di dapat dari daging (bayi ASI setelah berumur 8 bulan biasanya kekurangan vit B12, jd harus dilengkapi dari makanannya).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cheese boleh diberikan untuk bayi yg gk alergi (biasanya diatas 8 bulan, atau sesuai anjuran dokter). Kalau bayi anda alergi terhadap dairy food (kayak protein atau lactose), tunggu sampai dia agak besar baru coba diberikan keju, atau konsultasi dulu sm pediatrician anda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cheese seperti Brie, Feta, Camembert, Roquefort, dan Bleu Cheese&lt;/span&gt; biasa disebut "soft" cheeses. Kaldu ayam sayuran: campur semua bahan dan rebus hingga air tinggal separuh. Angkat dan saring.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus kentang, ikan, dan brokoli dengan kaldu ayam hingga lunak, angkat. Atau, supaya cepat rebus hingga mendidih (kira-kira 5 menit ) kemudian diblender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Buat bubur nasi ini bisa dalam jumlah besar, disimpan di wadah-wadahyang kecil, kemudian diletakkan di dalam freezer. Kalau mau makandipanaskan dengan menggunakan microwave atau direndam air panas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bubur roti polos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roti tawar setengah lembar tanpa ada kulit coklatnya. Setelah itu disaring untuk menghilangkan kulitnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Menu makanan bayi sekali makan (satu set)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Bubur nasi, wortel, bayam, kaldu ikan:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;wortel dan bayam diparut campur dengan bubur nasi, direbus lagi dengan kaldu ikan sampai lunak. Tutupi dengan alumunium foil, dengan memberikan sedikit lubang sebagai ventilasi udara. Kemudian masukan microwave selama kurang lebih satu setengah jam. sementara itu kukus brokoli selama kurang lebih 4 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk membuat saus keju:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lelehkan butter, aduk bersama tepung dan masak hingga satu menit. Perlahan-lahan tuang susu kedalam adonan, aduk kembali dengan api kecil selama kurang lebih 3 menit samapai saus mengental. Air tomat yang didapat + 6 sdm (50 cc)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara pemberian :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk pertama kali air tomat diencerkan dengan air putih masak dengan perbandingan 1 : 1 dan diberikan sebanyak 1 sdt. So, walaupun sedikit repot...yg alami itu memang lebih bagus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kadang suka lupa pas mau cari2 resep2 yg ada di web, makanya buat aja blog sendiri yg isinya contekan resep2 yg ada di web, termasuk di blog2 org.
